在小額錢債審裁處，強制性公積金計劃管理局（積金局）代十三名僱員向七名僱主追討港幣九萬一千餘元的強積金供款。與訟人分別為經營金翠宮潮州海鮮酒家的建福國際投資有限公司、Carlton International Group Ltd，吳作仁及伍建葉合資經營的嘉美茶餐廳、To Mo Hing經營的永福印刷打稿公司、Universal Engineering & Construction Limited、卓駿企業有限公司、叙好樓酒家有限公司及新先科技股份有限公司。
在今日的聆訊中，經營Carlton International Group Ltd,吳作仁及伍建葉合資經營的嘉美茶餐廳和Universal Engineering & Construction Limited同意僱員申索的金額。審裁官下令與訟人須向積金局支付港幣一萬七千八百八十一元三角七仙及一萬三千零二十六元五角七仙。有關款項包括兩間公司拖欠僱員的強積金供款，及根據強積金條例計算的附加費。
其餘與訟人包括金翠宮潮州海鮮酒家的建福國際投資有限公司、To Mo Hing經營的永福印刷打稿公司、卓駿企業有限公司、叙好樓酒家有限公司及

沒有出庭應訊。在缺席聆訊下，審裁官判積金局申索得直，五名與訟人須分別向積金局支付港幣三萬二千七百一十九元三角九仙、一萬六千五百一十三元三角七仙、六千一百二十八元七角、三千七百七十一元七角八仙及一千零一十四元八角七仙。有關款項包括五家公司拖欠僱員的強積金供款，及根據強積金條例計算的附加費。
積金局在收到欠款後，會盡快把款項撥入有關僱員的強積金帳戶。審裁官同時下令各與訟人支付處理入稟個案的費用，分別為港幣一百一十元、一百七十元、二百五十元、四百三十元、二百六十元、二百八十元及二百二十元。
